Blondshell’s Sabrina Teitelbaum doesn’t just write great songs, she listens to them too. The artist (who topped our list of the best songs of 2023 so far with “Salad”), shows a clear appreciation for a variety of genres with her dynamic indie rock tunes. So we decided to sit her down and see just how eclectic her taste really is.
For the first-ever edition of our new video series Mixtapes, Teitelbaum reaches into our giant fishbowl of prompts and attempts to soundtrack each silly situation. What’s the song running through a teenager’s head as they sneak home after a night of partying? How do you handle the aux on the Uber home from a breakup? What’s playing as you crack open a Gatorade to wash down that Plan B? Teitelbaum puts together the perfect playlist to match every ridiculous vibe.
