Drake has returned with his eighth studio album, For All the Dogs. Stream the album via Apple Music or Spotify below.

Spanning 23 tracks, the album features appearances by SZA, Bad Bunny,  J. Cole, 21 Savage, and more. It arrives a day after its latest single, “8AM in Charolette,” which dropped on Thursday, October 5th, and includes Drizzy taking thinly veiled shots at his longtime sparring partner, Kanye West.

Drake has been teasing For All the Dogs for some time now. In June, when he was putting out his poetry book, Titles Ruin Everything, he ran ads in newspapers like the New York Times, NY Post, Los Angeles Times, and others, which included a QR code leading to titlesruineverything.com. Going to the website revealed the album’s title and the following message: “I made an album to go with the book. They say they miss the old Drake, girl don’t tempt me.”

Then, in April, Drake shared “Search & Rescue,” which featured a sample of Kim Kardashian talking to her mother, Kris Jenner, about getting a divorce from Drake’s go-to sparring partner Kanye West. In September, he followed-up with “Slime You Out” featuring SZA, and revealed a release date of September 22nd. The single became a No. 1 hit — even though the album art angered its subject: Halle Berry — but the LP’s due date was eventually pushed back to October 6th.

The album’s artwork was designed by his son, Adonis, who explained in an Instagram video that the character depicted is a goat from a larger work, meant to be “Daddy Goat.” Drake then said that him being the “goat” makes “perfect sense” to him, and then asked Adonis if he’d like to talk about “how much money [he] got for his beautiful drawing,” to which the 5-year-old replied: “Oh, please.”

Earlier this year, Drake made headlines for purchasing a crown ring that once belonged to Tupac for $1 million. In August, his breakout mixtape, 2009’s So Far Gone, also earned the distinction of being named one of best hip-hop mixtapes of all time in Consequence’s round-up.
