Dream Theater guitarist John Petrucci has revealed the full 28-date itinerary for his upcoming solo tour with former bandmate Mike Portnoy on drums.
Previously, only three dates had been announced for the North American trek. It’s set to kick off October 5th in Providence, Rhode Island, and runs through November 17th in Toronto. Ticket pre-sales are ongoing, and you can purchase them via Ticketmaster.
The reunion of Petrucci and Portnoy makes this a must-see tour for Dream Theater fans. The shows will mark the first time the band’s founding members have shared the stage together since Portnoy left DT in 2010. The two had previously reached another milestone when they recorded Petrucci’s “Terminal Velocity” together back in 2020 — their first collab since Portnoy’s exit.
Bassist Dave LaRue rounds out the lineup for the upcoming tour, and reunited all-female metal act Meanstreak — featuring Petrucci’s wife Rena and Portnoy’s wife Marlene — will provide support.
