Whitney Houston’s hologram wants to dance with somebody beginning early next year.

Today, the musician’s estate formally announced “An Evening with Whitney”, a hologram tour set to launch in January 2020.

The first wave of dates take place in Mexcio from January 23rd to February 9th. Afterward, Houston’s hologram will visit Europe before embarking on an as-yet-unannounced North American outing next fall.

“An Evening with Whitney” is a collaboration between Houston’s estate and BASE Hologram, which is also behind the upcoming Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly “Rock & Roll Dream Tour”. Houston’s hologram will perform hits such as “I Will Always Love You”, “The Greatest Love of All”, and “Higher Love”, backed by a live band and dancers performing choreography from Fatima Robinson (Dreamgirls). Above, you can see a first look at Houston’s hologram.

In a statement, Whitney’s former manager and president of her estate Pat Houston said,

“Whitney is not with us, but her music will live with us forever. We know we made the right decision partnering with BASE because they understand how important it is to produce a phenomenal hologram. They also know that engaging her fans with an authentic Whitney experience would resonate worldwide because of the iconic status that she created over three decades. Her fans deserve nothing less because she gave nothing less than her best.”
