The recently revived Osbournes Podcast is proving to reveal a wealth of inside information on the family, some of which fans may never want to know. In the latest episode, Ozzy Osbourne disclosed that he used to willingly piss his pants onstage, arguing that he was “wet anyway.”
The weekly podcast features Ozzy sitting around a table with his wife Sharon and children Jack and Kelly. This particular conversation started earlier in the episode when the family was discussing a pair of Queen Victoria’s underwear that were once sold at auction.
Later on, Sharon mentioned that she once owned Marilyn Monroe’s shoes, to which Jack responded, “Hang on a second, so it’s weird to have the Queen’s underwear, but you can have Marilyn Monroe’s shoes?” To which Sharon retorted, “Shoes, a handbag, a dress is different than somebody’s bloody knickers that they farted in and shit in.”
When Jack pondered, “Who’s shitting in their underwear?,” Ozzy said of the queen, “She was an old girl, she was probably incontinent. She owned continents, but she was incontinent.”
Ozzy went on to argue that the royals likely relieve themselves in their underwear when they are in the middle of long parades and other public processions. Then he admitted, “When I was onstage, I used to go, ‘Oh, fuck it,’ and just piss, ’cause I was wet anyway from throwing water around.” To that, Sharon exclaimed, “Thanks for sharing!”
During his concerts, Ozzy would spray the audience with high-powered water guns or dump large buckets of water on them, and often doused himself in the process. Now, it appears that it just may have been the perfect cover for peeing himself onstage.
At the beginning of the episode, Ozzy also confirmed that he did indeed snort ants with Mötley Crüe in the ’80s, as had long been rumored and had been depicted in the Mötley Crüe biopic The Dirt. When Jack asked him if that did indeed happen, Ozzy gave him an emphatic, “Yeah,” later insisting, “I did.”
